Are the items available online and in stores the same?

While many of our signature pieces are available across all platforms, some of our designs are strictly online exclusives. If you spot something you love, we highly recommend securing it online immediately to ensure you don’t miss out.

Do I have to register an account before making a purchase?

Yes. To ensure a secure shopping experience and seamless order tracking, we require all guests to register a member account before finalising a purchase. What kind of metals do you use?

Most of our jewellery is meticulously crafted in 925 Sterling Silver, beautifully finished with a premium plating of 18K Yellow Gold, 18K White Gold, and/or 18K Rose Gold.

This serves as an exceptional, high-quality alternative to solid karat gold. With proper care and smart storage, you can enjoy the brilliant, rich luster of precious gold at an approachable price point. Furthermore, our premium plating ensures that most individuals who can wear fine gold can enjoy our jewellery comfortably and free of allergic reactions.

How do I choose the right ring size?

Most of our rings available online feature an elegant, adjustable band designed for a flawless fit.

  • Standard Adjustable Rings: Set at a baseline of Size 15, these can be smoothly adjusted to fit sizes 12 to 18.
  • Adjustable Rings with stones set on the band: Due to the structural setting of the stones, these can be adjusted to fit sizes 13 to 17.

Do you offer non-adjustable rings?

How do I care for my jewellery?

With a little love and the right care, your jewellery will maintain its brilliant luster for years to come. Here are our top care rituals:

  • Store with care: Keep your pieces stored individually in a dry, airtight jewellery box or pouch to prevent scratching and minimise natural oxidation.
  • Mindful wear: Avoid wearing your jewellery during strenuous activities, swimming, or sleeping to slow down everyday wear and tear.
  • Apply beauty products first: Perfumes, hairsprays, cosmetics, and lotions often contain harsh chemicals that can tarnish metals. Always apply these products and let them dry completely before putting on your jewellery.
  • The end-of-day wipe: Before storing your pieces away, gently wipe them with a soft jewellery polishing cloth to remove any residual makeup, skincare products, or natural skin oils.
  • Say no to abrasives: Never use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleansers, or stiff brushes. These can cause irreparable damage to premium gold plating and delicate gemstones.
  • The climate exception: While storing your jewellery in an airtight container is an excellent way to shield it from Hong Kong's high humidity, certain organic and delicate gemstones require a different approach. Gems like Opal and Pearl thrive on moisture; placing them in an excessively dry, airtight environment for long periods can strip away their natural hydration, potentially leading to surface cracking (crazing) or loss of luster. For these unique stones, we recommend storing them in a soft fabric pouch in a well-ventilated area instead.
