Return & Refund

At Plus One Design Workshop, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. If you wish to request a return, please review our policy below:

⏱️ Timeline & Eligibility

3-Day Notification Window: All return and refund requests must be submitted via email within 3 days of receiving your delivery.

Pristine Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be completely new, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt.

 

📦 The Return Process

Once your return request has been approved via email, please return the item to the address stated on your invoice within 3 days:

Local Customers (Hong Kong): Returns can be made via trackable courier or in person.
International Customers: Returns must be sent via a trackable courier service. Please provide us with the tracking number as soon as it is shipped so we can follow up.

 

💰 Refunds & Shipping Costs

Inspection & Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the eligibility status via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Return Costs: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are strictly non-refundable.

Liability: Plus One Design Workshop cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or costs incurred during the return transit process.

 

🔄 Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you desire a different piece, we recommend returning your original item for a refund (if eligible) and placing a new order.
