Return & Refund
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- All return & refund request must be made via email within 3 days upon receiving your delivery.
- All return items must be in new/unused/undamaged condition and in their original packaging with receipt.
- Once we have accepted your request, the return must be made by courier or in person (for local customers) to our address on the invoice within 3 days. Please provide us the tracking number (if any) for following up.
- Once the return item(s) is(are) inspected and is(are) eligible for refund, you will be notified by email and the refund will be processed within 10 working days.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.
